We provide the finest care at the most reasonable cost for our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as CareCredit.
If you do not have dental insurance we ask the full fee to be paid at the time of your appointment.

For patients with dental insurance. We ask that your estimated copay and deductibles be paid at the time of treatment. Estimated copays are determined using the most recent information available to us at the time of your appointment. If the insurance company pays less than estimated you are responsible for the remaining balance. We submit claims electronically, expediting the processing of all claims. most insurance companies respond within three to six weeks. Please allow our office time for the full process of your claim. Some insurance companies may take longer or require additional information to process your claim.

If you desire to make payments we work with CareCredit. CareCredit is a company that offers no-interest loans to be used for healthcare needs. We pick up the “fee” of the service allowing you the convenience of payments if needed. Arrangements for CareCredit must be made in advance. Their website is www.CareCredit.com. Past due accounts will be responsible for all costs associated with any collection process. there is a $30 fee for any returned checks.
